Terms of service

I. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of sillytavernai.cc (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the Site.

The MiniTavern mobile application and mini-tavern.com have their own terms and policies.

II. The service

The Site provides informational content, links, and downloadable character card assets we host. We may change or remove content at any time.

III. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any law or third-party rights
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
  • Overload or disrupt the Site
  • Use automated scraping in a way that harms availability

IV. Intellectual property

Site design, text we wrote, and compilation are protected. Character card PNGs may include third-party creative content; use them only in compliance with applicable law and the rights of original authors.

V. Third-party links

Links to App Store, MiniTavern, GitHub, or model providers are for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.

VI. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. See also our disclaimer.

VII. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) amounts you paid us for the Site (if any—which is typically zero for a free static site).

VIII. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

IX. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of state and federal courts located in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.

X. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
